Janet knelt next to the tub and slowly poured another bucket into the basin. Her hair was up, her sleeves rolled to her elbows and she was wearing shorts. Sam moaned, shifting under the water and opening her eyes to look at Janet. "Better?" Janet asked.

"Getting there." Sam said. Her experience on the twin-sun world had left her practically boiled.

Janet wrapped several ice cubes in a wash cloth, sweeping it over Sam's upper chest. The blisters had almost healed and Sam's skin crawled with goosebumps. "What's next?" Sam asked sleepily.

"Next we warm you up again," Janet promised, smiling.
