He asked me how Shelley was? If everything was okay with us! I said the usual. Always hard going away, leaving a loved one behind and that she’s fine. I’m not sure she is fine. She was angry with me, for leaving.

The last night was nice, dinner, talking and of course the goodbye sex.

I left before she woke, kissing her as I always do when I go on a mission. I left her a letter on the table next to our bed, explaining how I miss her when I go away.

I wish she were here with me.
