"So, what? Mason just walks?" Detective Olivia Benson asked after hearing the not guilty verdict in the stationhouse.

"I'm sorry I couldn't do more, but there just wasn't enough proof he was guilty," ADA, Casey Novak said, eyes downcast.

"HE RAPED AND ALMOST MURDERED THREE PEOPLE!!!!!ALL OF THEM CHILDREN UNDER FIFTEEN!!!!!!!! WHAT DO MEAN 'NOT ENOUGH PROOF'? THREE TESTIMONIES WASN'T ENOUGH FOR THEM???" Olivia yelled.

"Liv," her partner, Elliot Stabler said, resting his hand on her shoulder. "You can stop yelling, it's not Casey's fault. She did her part. Now you can continue to yell and act like a six year old without candy, or you can be a mature adult and clam down and let Casey talk."

Casey nodded her thanks to Elliot and said, "Look, Ollie, I know this case hits you hard, but that's no reason to turn into Son of Sam, Jr."

Olivia managed a small smile. "No," she whispered. "I don't have a dog to tell me to kill people."

Elliot, Finn, and Casey all laughed despite their disappointment at the jury's verdict.

"You have me though," Fin Tutuola pointed out. "I can play the dog and tell you kill them."

Olivia smiled, "No thanks, I'm just fine without it."

After a long time talking about the case, Stabler and Tutuola left, leaving Olivia and Casey to turn off the lights and lock the door.

As soon as the men were gone, Olivia reached underneath Casey's skirt, rubbing her crotch.

"Ollie," Casey moaned. "I don't think we should do this here. Any one could come in. Craigen, Stabler......"

Ollie gave her a devilish smile. "Your mouth can say one thing, but your panties say something completely different."

Olivia and Casey stripped and spent the night in the station house, making love on Captain Craigen's desk.

In the early morning hours, Casey and Olivia made a mad rush to get dressed as they heard Craigen, Tutuola, and Stabler coming up the stairs.

The three looked shocked as they walked in to see the two women talking over the top of Olivia's desk.

"Hey, guys," Olivia said.

"Hey," Stabler answered. "I thought you said you would never stay over night here?"

"We were just working on the next case that just came through," Casey answered him as she and Olivia shared a secret smile that the guys wouldn't have understood, even of they'd seen it.

A moment later, Craigen came bursting out of his office. "WHY IS MY DESK ALL WET?!?!?!?!" he yelled and Olivia and Casey burst out laughing.
