Sam hissed and lifted her hips from the chair. "Ahh. That's... yeah."

The newly assigned physical therapist, Janet Fraiser, looked up at the blonde. "Sorry. Your ankle is still tender?" She probed the week-old injury with her fingertips. SG-1 had been forced to retreat after a skirmish, leading to Sam's tumble down a hillside.

"Yeah," Sam growled. "It's going to keep me off the mission list for a while."

Janet nodded apologetically. "I'm afraid so. Sorry about that."

"It's okay," Sam sighed, settling back in her chair. "I don't mind these therapy sessions as much as I thought I would."

Janet smiled at her.
